Tasks and responsibilities.  Monitors compliance with the current legislation, rules,
standards, regulations, instructions on labor protection, industrial sanitation. Develops draft plans for improving working conditions and protection, strengthening the health of employees.  He studies working conditions at workplaces, takes part in the implementation of more advanced 400">constructions of fencing equipment and

health  and  capacity  of  people,  increasing  content  and  
attractiveness  of work.  Takes part in checking the technical condition of the equipment, determining its compliance with the requirements of safe 400">conducting works, if necessary, takes measures to stop its operation.  Monitors the operation of aspiration and ventilation systems, the condition of safety devicestools and protective devices.   Controls the timeliness of tests, inspections and correct operation of steam boilers, cylinders for of compressed gases, control equipment, cranes,
lifters and other equipment, compliance with measurement schedules
compliance with the orders of the governmental and departmental authorities" 400"/>control of compliance with the applicable rules, standards, regulations,

participates in their commissioning.  Approves instructions for occupational health and safety, worker training programs, organizes propaganda and studies by the company's employees. the rules of safe methods of work, industrial sanitation, contributes to the implementation of special complexes industrial gymnastics, creation of comfortable zones, places of rest.  Conducts introductory briefings (training) on occupational health and safety issues for enterprise employees, as well as students, students 400"> vocational schools and students during their
practice and on-the-job training, organizes the examination of their knowledge. 
Monitors employee compliance  technological processes, rules for handling machines, mechanisms, equipment and other means of production, using the means of collective style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>and individual protection, using works in accordance with
requirements regarding labor protection.  Takes part in the drafting of the section of the collective agreement concerning the improvement of conditions 400">work, strengthening the health of workers.   Investigates cases of industrial injuries, professional or non-professional diseases, studies their causes, analyzes the effectiveness of measures introduced to prevent them.  Controls the correctness of
applications for special clothing, special food, protective devices
etc. the timeliness of providing workers with means of individual protection, as well as spending by the company's divisions of appropriations on labor protection.  Compiles reports on time and in accordance with the forms established by the statistical authorities.
