Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for conducting introductory briefings, training (training) and checking the knowledge of employees on occupational safety, fire safety, pre-medical assistance and the rules for performing high-risk works
• Responsible for conducting inspections of compliance with the requirements of occupational safety, fire and man-made safety, civil protection by employees of the enterprise and contracting organizations and issuing mandatory orders for the elimination of deficiencies
• Participates in state and internal investigations of accidents and accidents that occurred at the workplace, development of measures for their prevention and elimination
• Participates in the preparation of internal legal documents (orders, instructions, regulations, etc.), training programs and test tasks for the annual examination of knowledge of employees in matters of occupational health and safety, fire safety, pre-medical assistance and the rules for performing work of increased hazards
• Participates in the assessment of occupational health and safety risks and the development and implementation of corrective measures
• Responsible for the preparation of annual statistical and non-financial reporting
• Participates in the commission for receiving and writing off overalls, special shoes and PPE
• Responsible for the investigation of cases of non-industrial injuries, drawing up acts and signing them with the relevant managers and transferring them to the accounting department man-made safety, civil protection, fundamentals of labor legislation
• Knowledge and skills of implementing the best international practices in the field of labor safety (leadership in the field of labor safety, safety audits, behavioral audits, five steps of safety, LOTO, 5S, etc.)
• Experience in implementing a risk-oriented approach in the field of labor protection
• Experience in conducting education (trainings) in labor protection and fire protection safety,as well as fire and emergency training
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, Power Point, Ofice 365.
• Experience in software: 1C, SAP, ITSM, K2 BPM, Partners, Vchasno, Dzvin
• Experience in drafting technical tasks
• Category B driver's license and driving experience of a car
