We are currently looking for a freelance recruiter who will help us fill vacancies in back-office departments (marketing, product, financial, legal, communications, etc.).
This is a project cooperation with the possibility of working with various markets - we have a successful experience of finding candidates in Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova and other countries. normal; font-weight: 400">conduct a full cycle of selection of non-tech specialists on a project basis in Ukraine and abroad;form and implement search strategies for specific roles;write and post job vacancies on relevant platforms;conduct an active search for candidates (sourcing);conduct initial, technical interviews and candidate evaluation;accompany candidates at all stages of recruiting, so that the hiring process is pleasant and understandable for them;conduct basic analytics on vacancies (pipeline, conversions, statuses) and provide regular updates on recruitment;propose solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.What do we offer?
