ROKADA BF is looking for -Specialist in providing non-food aid (NFI), FOP

Main tasks:

• Implementation of the non-food aid (NFI) program in the region

• Forming applications and organizing the distribution of NFI and items hygiene

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs

• Timely submission of reports after each distribution in accordance with the standard procedures of the organization (NFI SOPs)

• Performance of administrative and warehouse tasks

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports

• Conducting inventories and working with the warehouse documentation

Main requirements:

• Attention to details, discipline, independence and responsibility

• Fluent command of Ukrainian

• Experience with computer and peripheral equipment

• Punctuality, initiative, creativity

• Ability to work in a team

• Availability of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in a short time frame

• Mobility and willingness to travel
