Node.js Lead/Architect (Action Portal) in Diya

Your main mission:
Design and support state-of-the-art digital platforms.
Work focus: 400"/>- technical management of the internal development team; 
– design of distributed platforms with microservice architecture, formation of the technical vision of the product and architecture development strategy;
– development and optimization highly loaded services and integration with state registries and systems;
– implementation of security mechanisms and compliance with requirements for state services.

– 5+ years of experience in the development and design of complex web systems (of which at least 2 years in management positions);
- deep knowledge and experience of working with Node.js in highly loaded systems;
- practical experience of using RabbitMQ in production;
– knowledge and experience with Kubernetes, Docker;
– practical experience of designing and working in production with microservice architecture, event-driven design;
- deep knowledge of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL), deep expertise in PostgreSQL (optimization, replication, scaling) and Redis;
– practical experience with ReactJS and web-app development;
– understanding of security principles and experience implementing OAuth2, OpenID Connect;
- ability to work with requirements and technical documentation (C4, UML, SEI Views & Beyond, ArchiMate);
– English at the B2+ level (for communication with partners, work with documentation and research).

It will be a plus:
– work with highly loaded systems in the private cloud;
– experience in using low-code platforms and BPMN;
- architecture certifications (such as SEI, TOGAF, IASA) will be a big plus;
– experience working with state registers and systems, knowledge of security specifics for state services.
