Night Support Manager IT in Forbus Tech

We are expanding our technical support team, so we are looking for full-time motivated candidates for the position of IT Support Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Support manager;
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel;
• Experience with Bitrix or others CRM systems;
• Ability to conduct a cultural dialogue, as well as independently and quickly make decisions;
• Responsibility, stress resistance, sociability;
• Will be an advantage experience in testing web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Communication in chats;
• Technical support;
• Solving problems in the shortest possible time;
• Management of CRM;
• Communication with team members and other departments.
