We invite you to of our network engineer technical support for corporate customers (remote)!

What will you do:

• technical support of the company's corporate clients;
• monitoring of the state of the data transmission network;
• control of scheduled and emergency works;
• debug and support of network monitoring systems;
• setting up network equipment;
• coordinating actions to eliminate problems with client services;
• accepting escalations from engineers to resolve critical issues regarding the operation of services and equipment.

You are our an ideal candidate if:

• you have a higher specialized education (telecommunications);
• you have work experience in a similar position;
• you are a confident PC user;
• know the protocol stack: TCP / IP, MPLS, VPN, QinQ;
• know and understand the operation of monitoring systems (Cacti, Zabbix, IBM Tivoli Netcool, Cisco Prime Optical);
• able to work with the entire range of network equipment, configuration, loop prevention;
• able to learn, able to make decisions independently and willing to work.
