About the team: We have launched a new format of opportunities for entrepreneurs of Ukraine to open franchise and distribution points of Outlets, which apply to orders made on the marketplace. Also, the opening of points for the provision of financial services (hereinafter PNFP) and at retail outlets for the issuance of Rosettes. Our team helps at all stages of launching new PNFPs and accompanying already opened ones. The project is actively growing, and we are looking for specialists with whom we can implement high-quality service and support partners in a new, interesting and promising direction. What is important for this role: the ability to communicate and correctly provide information, the ability to respond quickly to situations that require an urgent solution, the ability to learn quickly new information and tools, confident use of a PC, be able to adhere to the deadlines for completing tasks, have experience in business correspondence, chat communication. It will be an advantage: ● experience in working with contracts, agreements, acts of acceptance and transfer ● understanding of trade acquiring, supporting the collection of sales points ● experience in working with payment systems and/or credit by productsTasks: organization and control, communication with partners and counterparties regarding the opening, support and closing of PNFP ensuring proper conclusion and timely renewal/extension of lease/sublease contracts for premises for PNFP organization of the process of ensuring the availability of banking equipment (payment terminals) and cash collection in PNFP organization of processes regarding the start and cancellation of collections, exchange currency, cash reinforcement for PNFP ensuring other administrative processes necessary for the proper functioning of PNFP during and after its opening, providing consultations, practical and methodological assistance to the structural divisions of RozetkaPay, PNFP, solving current issues within the competence of the Sector Active participation in monitoring deficiencies , malfunctions and correctness of the functionality and processes.
