Overview

427th separate regiment of unmanned systems "RAROG" takes a worthy place among all "flying" units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in terms of the number of destroyed enemy equipment and enemy manpower. The regiment is developing and creating new teams. The regiment uses the following types of drones: bombers, FPV, wings, Mavics, NRK (ground robotic complexes). These unmanned systems perform the tasks of reconnaissance, remote mining, impression of the enemy, as well as the delivery of provisions and ammunition to positions. The unit will teach everything! The main thing is your desire!

Responsibilities

• configuration of local networks taking into account cyber security requirements
• construction of infrastructure for proactive diagnosis of network problems
• support of existing networks, resolution of incidents and user problems
• configuration of accompanying hardware provision

Requirements

• practical experience in deploying local networks segmented by VLAN
• good skills in working with Mikrotik equipment
• understanding of the principle of operation of overlay networks and modern point-to-point VPN-protocols
• experience in Linux administration (basic knowledge scripting languages and/or Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Terraform will be an advantage)
• work with tools for monitoring the state of the network and server park (Grafana+Prometheus or Zabbix)
• work with tools for backup and disaster recovery
• skills in building fault-tolerant network architectures
• optional, but it is desirable to be able to work with Proxmox at least at the initial level

Conditions

• mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract
• monetary support from 50,000 to 70,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned tasks and place of service
• the possibility of transferring active servicemen with the consent of the direct of the commander
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guaranteed annual basic leave + 10 days additional leave for family reasons
