How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• lead product development,implementing engineering practices to improve the development process

• form and manage the team's technical backlog< /span>

• support and improve development processes and code reviews< /p>

• critical analysis of business requirements

• participate in the hiring process (reviewing resumes, conducting interviews)

Challenges for three months:

• mastering the business logic of existing services and approaches

• mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company

Challenges for six months:

• search for bottlenecks and ways to optimize them

• development of a plan to improve product compliance with non-functional requirements

• team development of new functionality exactly on time

• speeding up the development of new functionality

• optimization of existing systems

• expanding the functionality of existing systems

• active participation in the decomposition of technical and business initiatives

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3 years of leadership experience

• 5 years of development experience on the .NET platform

• excellent knowledge of C#, up to .NET 4-8

• experience with microservice and event-driven architecture

• experience working in a product team

• experience with ASP.NET Core

• experience with relational databases (Postgres)

• coverage of functionality with tests (unit, component, e2e etc.)

• experience with Kafka

• confident understanding and use of OOP/OOD principles

• understanding of RESTful principles

• understanding of Lean Code/Architecture

• using Docker

• experience managing a team of 3 .NET developers

• mentoring experience

How do you regulate your working hours?

• can plan your own work schedule, however, to be efficient

we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
