National coordinator for technical support of the Better Care for Children system in ZEST Autsorsing

ZEST Outsourcing announces a competition to fill the vacant position "Coordinatorfor technical support of the Better Care for Children" > to implement the program of building a system of better care for children in communities.

Main duties:

• Preparation of reports, including a work plan , methodology and the approved scheme of interaction.

• Development of the program implementation strategy.

• Support of the regional working group on the implementation of the Better Care system.

• Advocacy of the mechanism of social ordering for the provision of social services both at the level of the region and at the level of the community (for pilot communities).

• Development of a monitoring and evaluation system.

• Development and implementation of integrated social services, including alternative options for family care.

p>Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree) in social sciences, psychology, law or related fields.

• 2 years of work experience in social services, social protection, child protection or welfare.

• Experience in project management and project coordination.

• Experience in working with government agencies, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders.

• Experience in analyzing and tracking government expenditures at the state and/or local levels.

• Experienced user of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and internet surfing.

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

• English — Elementary level.

• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze diverse and complex information from a wide range of sources to make analytical statements to inform decision-making.

• Dedication to child protection.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written, and oral. 

• Strong skills of self-organization, teamwork.

• Ability to adapt and solve problems in the face of challenges during project implementation.
