We are looking for a sales manager who will not just sell, but will form reliable, long-term cooperation with companies of large and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine.

Our ideal candidate:

• Able to make telephone sales with a warm and cold B2B customer base;
• Has experience in multimodal transportation from 1 year;
• Able to achieve trust and engagement of the client in the work, relying on our reliability, quality of our services and his ability to deal with objections;
• Able to assess the potential client's need for transportation and offer the most favorable terms of cooperation;
• Ready to work in a highly competitive environment environment;
• Determined to make efforts to develop his portfolio of regular customers from the company's contact base for further management and development of cooperation;
• Maintains honest and transparent communication with the client in the event of force majeure logistical issues, emphasizing inweight on their solution;
• Maintains the client base in the Oddo CRM system

We offer:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Remote work format
• Salary from UAH 30,000 to UAH 90,000 and more depending on the grade (Talent,Junior, Middle, Senior) and the number of shipments per month
• Adaptation period - training at the academy and with the support of a mentor
