Shipping Freight Company, a logistics company with 18 years of experience in the transportation industry, is recruiting for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator.
Your role will be to configure, manage and provide technical support for key products Microsoft, which is an integral part of our daily work.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 1 a year of experience working with Microsoft 365 products.
• In-depth knowledge in the configuration and customization of CRM and ERP modules within
• Microsoft 365.
• Confident command of reporting and analytics in Dynamics 365.
• Programming experience in languages ​​such as Python, JavaScript, C# or others to expand the capabilities of the platform will be a significant advantage.

Administration and Configuration:

• Professional knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Power Automate, Project and M365 Admin Portal.
• Experience managing users, roles and access rights in Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform
• Skills to customize entities, forms and workflows in the system.
• Ability to effectively implement changes to the configuration and support them.

Integrations and Connections:

• Experience with integrations between MS 365 and other systems.
• Knowledge tools for importing and exporting data.

Proactivity and Communicability:

• Ability to analyze and solve problems related to the configuration and operation of Dynamics 365.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of CRM/ERP development and implementation methodologies- systems.
• Analytical thinking, understanding and ability to describe business processes according to BPMN standards.

Personal Qualities:

• Orientation on results .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience of participating in full cycles of implementation and configuration of MS 365.
• Experience of working with other CRM/ERP systems.
• Availability of Microsoft certificates related to MS 365.< /li>
• Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement and development of CRM MS applications 365

Working conditions:

• Full time, Mon.-Fri. from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Weekends: Sat.-Sun.
• Stable company and friendly team.
