This role requires strong animation skills, an understanding of current design trends, and proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Responsibilities:Create animated creatives for advertising campaigns in the EdTech domain;Animate existing banners or design compositions from scratch for further animation;Work with composition, color schemes, and typography to produce visually appealing content;Prepare 2D assets for subsequent animation;Work specifically with UGC content to create engaging and dynamic animations;Stay updated with the latest trends in design, particularly within platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and apply this knowledge to your work. Requirements:1+ years of experience as a Motion Designer;Proficiency in animation (banners, UGC, videos, etc.);Strong knowledge of timing and spacing in animation;Ability to generate and develop new creative ideas;Experience in performance marketing;Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator;Creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have:Experience in creating static banners;Experience working with AI image generation tools;A portfolio showcasing your work.
