Motion Designer (Skillsta) in Headway

The core of our achievements and the main value is the team. Together with Polina Gonta, Visual Design Lead, we are looking for a Motion Designer to become the first specialist in her domain in the Skillsta team.

Skillsta is our new application that helps users around the world improve soft skills through short interactive lessons based on life situations.

What will you do?

• Work with visual designers and experts to create the core value of the product - content.
• Analyze and validate various problem solutions.
• Create interactive and aesthetic animations.
• Adapt work to the existing style of the product, maintain a single ecosystem, promote its development.
• Optimize the creation process.
• Follow new trends in the field of visualizations, analyze the market.
• Work in the product content team.

What do you need to join us?

• Have experience and motivation to develop in the direction of animation and interactives.
• Have a thorough approach to creation, observe design hygiene.
• Be ready to try new things.
• Know hot keys in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Illustrator.
• The ability to create illustrations will be a plus.
• Have an up-to-date portfolio.
• Knowledge of English, because the product is in English.
