Motion Designer (Prom) in EVO

EVO is a Ukrainian product company. We make marketplaces for online shopping and ordering services, where tens of thousands of entrepreneurs sell to millions of customers. And to make shopping convenient and safe, we are developing fintech and logistics. 

About the team:< /span>

Our goal is to create an infofield that helps our projects achieve their business goals. To do this, we build relationships with journalists, bloggers, write articles, shoot videos, courses, video reviews, launch special projects and marathons; we hold forums, conferences and master classes. And - we are responsible for the result. The team includes PR people, event people, and video production.

We issue interviews , digests, we shoot simple commercials, etc. The team includes a team lead and two video content specialists. Together, they create scripts, equip the studio, set up lights, shoot, edit, create animation, voiceover, work on the site with our speakers, etc. In short, they do everything to make the video content creative and high-quality.  

What is important for this roles:

• proficiency in Adobe premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop. 3

• good skills in creating animation effects, captions and videos

• availability of current works

• good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• to think critically, to be able to analyze information, not to make the same mistakes

• be ok with the fact that we will measure and evaluate creative work with completely pragmatic KPIs

• knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D
  
  

Tasks: 

• animation of prepared static banners for Prom.ua category advertising

• animation optimization for advertising

• montage of animation clips according to the script

• creation of a broadcast ("clothes" of a broadcast or broadcast, screensaver, interruptions, etc.), gifs or creative videos for social networks, mapping or character animations

• interaction with customers and creative team (take tasks as a goal and propose effective solutions, as well as find and test new formats)

• independent creation of static materials for further animation (that is, have a basis in graphic design)

After the interview, we will offer a test task - an example of the tasks you will perform with us. And, if you can handle it, we will meet again at the final interview.
