Motion Designer (marketing, wellbeing product) in SKELAR

Now we are looking for Motion Designerto one of our businesses is Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the daily lives of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional condition.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We started the business early 2023and have already confirmed its success — we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his direction, it all depends only on you and your ambitions.

Currently looking for a Motion Designer, who will research and apply global design trends, video editing in marketing and will develop your creative skills in everyday work.

Key tasks:

— Development of short videos (up to 1 minute) to promote the application on various social network platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram);
— Generation of ideas together with the marketing team to improve visual communication in advertising materials;
— Retrospective analysis of marketing visuals based on the results of advertising campaigns;< br/>— Analysis of advertising materials of competitors and social networks to track global trends in design;
— Testing of new tools, effects, plugins, creation of project templates for more effective jobs.

Skills and experience:

— 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
— Video editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro;< br/>— Understanding of composition, typography, color theory, timing;
— Basic knowledge of marketing design - the ability to create visual content that effectively affects the target audience; 
— Attention to detail, high level of self-organization and time management;
— English level - B1 or higher.

Will be a plus:

— Basic video shooting skills (understanding the principles of lighting and composition in the frame);
— Experience with AI tools (statics and video generation);
— Experience with sound effects;
— Expertise in 2D/3D animation of characters;
- Basic skills of working with Figma.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces . Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
