Daily challenges:

Generation of the visual component of the creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team

Development of video creatives for promoting the product in advertising networks (Facebook, Instagram)

Collaboration with the marketing department and discussing ideas to improve the work of existing creatives

Testing new tools, effects, plugins, creating project templates for more efficient work

Analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design

Technical skills:

Practical knowledge of After Effects (2 years), Photoshop (1 year), Illustrator (1 year), Figma (2 years)

Practical experience in video editing, knowledge of Premiere Pro (1 year)

Practical knowledge of AI tools

Practical use of plugins (Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer) and similar

Practical skills of preparing a layout for animation.

Basic skills of video shooting, knowledge of the basic principles of design, composition and colors.

Would be a plus:

Experience working with vector images

Experience with CapСut or Captions

Knowledge of Blender and Cinema 4D

General skills:

Basic skills of video shooting, knowledge of the basic principles of design, composition and coloristics

High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements

Good communication skills, ability to adapt quicklymaintain contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project
