Motion Designer in Wild Wild Group

We are currently looking for a Motion Designer who wants to create dynamic visual content, influence user engagement and implement creative ideas in videos and animations

Our expectations:
- experience of Motion Designer in iGaming/betting from 2 years, having a portfolio with own works and templates;
- experience in creating 2D animations, static designs, illustrations and logos;
- confident work with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge of Mocha / Mocha Pro;
- understanding of the principles of animation, working with shape-animation, 2D-characters and basic VFX;
- experience of working with a 3D camera, 3D tracking, preferably knowledge of 3D Element;
- ability to work with the structure of projects, colors and composition, navigate in other people's files; plugins (Animation Composer, Motion Bro, Saber, Deep Glow will be a plus);
- understanding of the specifics of advertising creatives for Facebook and Google Ads;
- English level — Intermediate+;
- ability to work in a team and control the quality and uniqueness of designs;
- experience in creating AI content (animation, sound, footage) will be a plus.

Your tasks:
- creation of motion-creatives from scratch for advertising campaigns (gambling/betting);
- development of static and animated advertising materials for different platforms;
- adaptation, reskin and uniqueization of creatives for different geos, slots and offers;
- development and support of templates (templates) for optimization and automation of the creative creation process;
- work with ready-made materials: collection of compositions, replacement variables, assets and addons;
- creation of new creative formats, including work with video, deepfake content and filming materials;
- participation in the preparation of materials for new creatives: selection of assets, preparation of graphics and videos;
- ensuring quality, uniqueness and compliance with brand guidelines;
- cooperation with the marketing and design team to implement creative ideas.
