Main tasks:
development of detailed work plan, methodologies, main aspects of the visit and reports;
? < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">participation in the development of data collection tools, such as interview protocols, questionnaires, surveys, rating cards, registration forms; span>
? ensure proper secondary data collection, tracking and management;
? carrying out monitoring visits, participating in field assessments, monitoring and evaluation conducted by the project team, through surveying, observation, testing, interviewing and studying documentation in order to obtain information, regarding needs;< /span>
? carrying out post-distribution monitoring in order to analyze the use, impact and level of satisfaction with the aid by project participants by means of questionnaires and visits directly to the places;
? processing of received data and conducting basic qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the results of the monitoring and their visualization for further use in analytical materials and reports;
? systematization of collected materials;
? participation in the development, maintenance and improvement of reporting and statistical documentation on monitoring and assessmentsand;
? participation in the development and implementation of visualization project results.
Basic requirements:
? education in the field of social sciences, sociology, statistics or other related fields of knowledge;?< /span> relevant work experience from the 1st year in international donor projects related to humanitarian aid and charity;
? experience and knowledge of principles and modern approaches to monitoring and evaluation in aid and development programs using both quantitative and qualitative methods;
? confident PC user, proficient in MS Office;
? attention to details, result-oriented, systematic, communicative, responsible, the ability to defend one's point of view, stress resistance, the ability to make decisions in emergency situations and meet deadlines.
Terms of cooperation:
Full employment (100%), offline. Office location: Vinnytsia, Vinnytsia region
