About the organization of people in peril:

people in peril (previous Lives in poverty at the edge of society. People in Peril was founded in 1999 by a group of journalists who experienced the devastating consequences of the Kosovo conflict in their own experience, and has since provided humanitarian assistance and assistance in the field of development around the world. Currently, "man in danger" is one of the main humanitarian organizations in Slovakia, which responds to the Ukrainian crisis both in Slovakia and abroad, in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the invasion, PIP has assisted more than 8,000,000 euros and helped more than 250,000 people in Ukraine and Slovakia. The PIP team in Ukraine currently has about 20 employees and operates with an annual budget of 700,000 euros.  

In 2016-2023 we worked as a member of the People in NEED, working in Central Europe. After a significant increase in our capabilities after responding to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, in 2024 we changed our affiliation with the People in Need the Czech Republic and continue our activities called People in Peril. We strive to become a family member of European Humanitarian NGOs who provide fundamental assistance in humanitarian crises around the world, focusing on the restoration of social cohesion, livelihoods and well -being of the population affected by forced movement. The Peopleitarian Aid and Development Department of People in Peril is currently working in Ukraine, Lebanon, Gazi, Moldova and Kenya.

Purpose posts and :

COODERMENT OF COMPOSITION, RESTRUCTION, RESTRUCTION, RESTRUCTION. supporting the introduction of Meal's internal system in the organization. 

This role includes but not limited to monitoring of measures in accordance with the planned goals and indicatorIP, development and collection of qualitative and quantitative data, analysis and reporting according to data, evaluation of the impact of projects, functioning of the mechanism of response to complaints and feedback within the PIP, as well as conducting analyzes/evaluations in order to take into account the experience in future projects. To accomplish these tasks, the Meal coordinator will work closely with the Meal manager, and will coordinate work with all the relevant departments. It will be a part -time consultative work. To create and implement Meal mechanisms and tools for coordination programs/projects with Meal manager, programs in Ukraine and the head of the Department of Assistance and Development. 

2. Make sure that each team has appropriate tools and processes for monitoring the program/project activities and tracking the result in accordance with the requirements of donors and internal purposes.

3. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation tools. This includes the development of methodologies, surveys/discussions in focus groups and facilitating evaluation processes during the collection of quality and quantitative data. 

4. Preparation of Meal quality reports for various stakeholders, including partners and donors, with key conclusions and project stages.

5. Make Meal visits and interact directly with interested parties and commands to coordinate data collection and monitor the quality, accuracy and timeliness of data submission. 

6. Ensure accountability integration into all activities and support in the work mechanism to respond to complaints and reviews.

7.  To create a sustainable cycle of information and data to ensure efficient and accessible collection and storage of monitoring data, as well as regular exchange of contractors. 

8. Maintain the processes of analyzing the experience and facilitate adaptation and improvement of programs. Candidate a :

education and experience

- bachelor's degree in the field of social sciences, statistics, international development, or magist. At least two years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in a similar position in a non -governmental organization for at least one year. 

- experience of monitoring, data analysis, reporting and evaluation (both qualitative and quantitative). Understanding the principles of collecting, analyzing and managing data.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). The advantage. 

Personal nAvenue:

- the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams. Flexibility and ability to adapt in a rapid change. 

Knowledge of languages:

- free proficiency in written and oral English is mandatory

- fluent in Ukrainian/Russian. 

Mobility (National/International) - National
