Main duties:

• Collection and management of information from users: Track and analyze user feedback, requests and problems. Evaluate the importance of collected data to improve the product.
• Data analytics: Preparation of reports based on the information received. Identifying key needs and trends to improve the company's products.
• Interaction coordination: Ensuring effective communication between users and internal teams. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by quickly resolving their queries.
• Monitoring and forecasting: Tracking changes in user needs and forming forecasts to improve the user experience based on data analysis.

Requirements:< /p>

• Education: Preferred education in the field of informatics, technologies, analytics or management.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail. Ability to work with large amounts of information. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High level of computer and software skills.
• Personal qualities: Responsibility, organization, ability to quickly adapt to changes, self-discipline and ability to work in under stressful conditions.
• Languages: Communication exclusively in Ukrainian or English.
