What we have currently at work:

• pumping up the existing delivery of a wide range from Silpo stores;

• developing ultra-fast delivery of products and dishes under the new LOKO brand.

And the plans still have a lot of work with ambitious tasks and challenges.
 
What will you do? 
• observation of indicators of monitoring systems and their analysis,

monitoring of chats;

• periodic execution of test scripts;

• ensuring response to critical events; 

• participation in the development of tasks for setting up the monitoring system; • diagnosis of technical problems according to applications;

• work with appeals (expectation management, responsibility for sla compliance, assistance).

What is important to us:
• confident PC user;
• ability to learn quickly;
• attentiveness;

• scrupulousness;
• sense of beauty.
 
Will be a plus:
• knowledge of the English language;

• skills in working with SQL, Postman.
