Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist) in the rehabilitation technical support unit in Momentum Wheels for Humanity / formerly UCP Wheels for Humanity

The USAID Rehab4U project is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for works in the Rehabilitation Technical Support Unit at the Rehabilitation Office of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Description of the project:

USAID Rehab4U is a multi-year initiative aimed at the development of sustainable, integrated rehabilitation services in the healthcare system of Ukraine . The project is implemented in partnership with international and national organizations, including Deloitte, Results for Development (R4D), Project HOPE and the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPID). The project's activities cover a wide range of goals, including strengthening leadership and management, expanding access to rehabilitation services, and promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the process of economic recovery.

Project goal:

The main goal of the project is to strengthen the capacity of Ukraine provide sustainable and quality rehabilitation services, ensuring access to care for all who need it, including persons with disabilities and civilian victims of war. The project focuses on developing national strategies, regional action plans and pilot service delivery models aimed at improving coordination, resource allocation and overall efficiency of the rehabilitation sector.

About Momentum Wheels for Humanity:

With Since 1996, Momentum Wheels for Humanity has been helping to expand access to mobility and improve the quality of life of children, adolescents and adults with physical disabilities in more than 50 low- and middle-income countries. The organization works to build and strengthen rehabilitation services within health care systems through training and development, development of policies and standards, and supply and distribution of wheelchairs and other life-saving equipment. • Development and implementation of monitoring systems and assessments for the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the road map rehabilitation.
• Collection, processing and analysis of data on the provision of rehabilitation services.
• Preparation of reports to inform management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring the integration of monitoring indicators into the systems of electronic health.
• Development of tools for collecting feedback frompatients and improving the quality of services.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in social sciences, management, economics or a similar field.
• Work experience in in the field of monitoring and evaluation at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in modern data analysis and statistics tools.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
