What we expect from you:

• Education: Higher education in one of the following fields, such as sociology, political science or economics, which will be the basis for your work.

• Knowledge of English: English language level not lower than B1 to confidently work with international documents and communicate with partners.

• Experience: Practical experience in the public sector will be a big plus. We especially value knowledge in the field of project monitoring and evaluation, because it will help to adapt to our environment faster.

Your tasks:

• Development of project monitoring plans and tools: You will be tasked with creating detailed monitoring plans for various projects, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing data collection and analysis tools. You will be responsible for ensuring that these plans meet project objectives and provided an objective assessment of their progress.

• Cooperation with monitoring coordinators: Your role will involve close collaborationwith coordinators responsible for project monitoring. You will work with them to ensure consistent implementation of monitoring strategies, discuss results and make necessary adjustments to improve project effectiveness.

• Help with writing reports: You will actively assist in the preparation of reports on monitoring results. This includes data collection and processing, analysis of results and preparation of documents detailing achievements, challenges and recommendations for improvement. Your reports will be used to make decisions and improve processes within projects.
