ROKADA Charitable Foundation is looking for a specialist in monitoring and evaluation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct impact assessment and monitor implemented projects
• Collection and analysis of information from employees and partners
• Preparation of analytical reports on the humanitarian situation and human rights
• Monitoring the quality and timeliness of reporting
• Development of data collection instructions and supporting employees in their application
• Presentation of the results of the organization’s activities through infographics and visualization tools
• Communication with IDPs, representatives of authorities and NGOs to collect data

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in social sciences or humanities, economics, project management or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, accountability or management projects
• Experience with data collection tools (observation, interviews, surveys)
• Experience in charity, humanitarian or development projects would be an advantage
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative M&E methods
• Skills in data analysis and preparation of reports for donors and partners
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and use analytical tools (Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Power BI, etc.)
