GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization focusing its activities on quality improvement the life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

GOGreenland in partnership with Norwegian National Aid (NPAid) is inviting a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to successfully complete the tasks of the project aimed at implementing a support space for women and girls The project aims to provide psychosocial assistance, support vulnerable groups of women and girls, ensure their rights to access resources and services in difficult life situations.

Main duties:

• Digitization of registration forms: conversion of paper forms into electronic form for ease of data processing and storage.
• Processing of paper feedback
• strong>: analysis and digitization of feedback from event participants.
• Development and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation system: concept development, integration of effective tools for data collection and analysis, creation of a system for evaluating project results .
• Regular evaluation of indicators of software components: improving the process of evaluating results through regular monitoring activities, defining and improving data collection tools.
• Tracking indicators and reporting: regular monitoring of results, preparation of reports and analysis of indicators for the organization and partners.
• Control of data collection: supervision of data collection in accordance with standards and project requirements.
• Ensuring reporting: provision of reporting information to the management of the organization and partners regarding project results.

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of social sciences, management, monitoring or related fields).
• Work experience in similar positions (from 1 year ) or in the field of project monitoring and evaluation.
• Knowledge and experience with data collection and analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, databases, monitoring software).
• Experience in development of concepts and implementation of systems for monitoring and evaluating project results.
• Ability to develop and improve data collection and report preparation processes.
• Experience with various types of feedback and performance indicators.
• Ability to work with large data sets, attention to detail.
• Experience in working inpublic organizations or non-profit projects.
• Ability to work in a team, ability to work independently and make decisions.
