• Conducting a project impact assessment, as well as monitoring and auditing the project after completion. Analysis of results and provision of recommendations for improving project activities.
• Generalization and detailed analysis of data collected by employees for the preparation of analytical reports on the humanitarian situation, human rights and other relevant topics.
• Ensuring timely submission of reports from project participants and quality control in accordance with established standards.
• Creating detailed instructions on the collection, processing and analysis of data, as well as providing explanations and support to employees for the correct application of these instructions.
• Using infographics and other tools to visualize results, which allows effectively communicate information to stakeholders and other interested parties.
• Gathering information from interested parties. Communication with internally displaced persons (IDPs), representatives of the government and non-governmental organizations in order to collect the necessary information for impact assessment and monitoring.
• Tracking the achievement of planned project indicators and preparing periodic reports on project progress, analysis of results and achievements.
• Preparation of reports and analytics. Preparation of periodic monitoring reports for management, donors and other stakeholders. Evaluation of the project's performance and providing recommendations for further steps.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the field of humanities, social sciences, or other relevant directions.
• Experience in project monitoring and evaluation in humanitarian or social projects.
• High analytical ability and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Experience with MS Office programs, especially Excel (knowledge of formulas, building relationships, data analysis), as well as Google Sheets.
• Data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.and similar programs.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods, development of instructions for teams.
• Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
• Proficiency in English at a high level is an advantage.
