ul>KEY TASKS
- Conducting a project impact assessment, as well as monitoring and auditing the project after completion. Analysis of results and provision of recommendations for improving project activities.
- Generalization and detailed analysis of data collected by employees for the preparation of analytical reports on the humanitarian situation, human rights and other relevant topics.
- Ensuring timely submission of reports from project participants and quality control in accordance with established standards.
- Creating detailed instructions for data collection, processing and analysis, and providing explanations and support to employees to correctly apply these instructions.
- Using infographics and other visualization tools results, which allows for effective communication of information to stakeholders and other interested parties.
- Collection of information from interested parties. Communication with internally displaced persons (IDPs), representatives of the government and non-governmental organizations in order to collect the necessary information for impact assessment and monitoring.
- Tracking the achievement of planned project indicators and preparing periodic reports on project progress, analysis of results and achievements.
- Preparation of reports and analytics. Preparation of periodic monitoring reports for management, donors and other stakeholders. Evaluation of the project's performance and providing recommendations for further steps.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in the field of humanities, social sciences, or other relevant directions.
- Experience in project monitoring and evaluation in humanitarian or social projects.
- High analytical abilities and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Experience with MS Office programs, especially Excel (knowledge of formulas, building relationships, data analysis), as well as Google Sheets.
- Data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.and similar programs.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods, development of instructions for teams.
- Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
- Proficiency in English at a high level is an advantage.
