SpivDiya — a charitable foundation that unites the efforts of volunteers, businesses, international donors and the state to help those in need. The fund works on the basis of a partner network — Spivdiya Hubiv — of youth centers and active public organizations in the regions of Ukraine.

In addition to charitable assistance, the organization offers free social services: Cooperation for Children, Cooperation Career, Psychological and Legal Services, Cooperation Health, etc. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Foundation has assisted more than 2 million beneficiaries.

We invite you to join the team as a monitoring and evaluation specialist">(M&E Specialist ), to change together for the better.

What to do:

• Develop and implement a monitoring, evaluation and training system (MEL) in the Foundation;

• build and improve the theory of changes together with the involved experts program directions;

• collect and analyze data using modern analytical tools, determine key performance indicators;

• develop monitoring plans and evaluate project progress based on logic models and established indicators;

• preparation of regular reports for the team and donors with recommendations for further actions based on the results obtained.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in monitoring and evaluation (MEL), social projects or related fieldsyawn;

• has skills in working with data, visualization tools and databases (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, AirTable, etc.);

• has a high level of command of the Ukrainian and English languages ​​(for communication with international partners);

• has the ability to think analytically, provide sound conclusions and propose solutions based on data.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of work in NGOs, BO, BF;

• Experience in planning and managing MEL processes
