GO "Girls" provides expertise in the field of sexual education and prevention of gender-based violence, constantly provides practical support to victims of sexual violence. Contributes to increasing the visibility of women's leadership in Ukraine. The organization has created child-friendly spaces and rehabilitation centers where socio-psychological rehabilitation and adaptation services can be obtained for children and adolescents who have experienced war. We implement both our own projects and projects with the support of donor organizations. We manage to assemble a team that works diligently to support the population throughout the country.
We are looking for a MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST to join the team.
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
We expect from you:- higher education in the field of social sciences, economics, project management or related fields;
- work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the public sector;
>- be able to work with data collection and analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R or others).
- know the principles and methodologies of monitoring and evaluation;
- have excellent analytical skills, in particular ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data;
- possess skills in writing reports and analytical materials.
- effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders;
- demonstrate a high level of organization and the ability to work in multitasking conditions;
- possess English at a level sufficient for working with documentation and communication with donors (preferably B1+)
Your area of responsibility:
- develop tools for monitoring and evaluation of the organization's projects in cooperation with the manager;
- perform regular monitoring of the implementation of projects and programs using quantitative and qualitative indicators;
- develop short questionnaires to assess feedback, assess satisfaction and impact of the project
- perform regular checks on the completeness and correctness of internal reports
- analyze data collected in the monitoring process and prepare reports on achieve project objectives;
- describe the effectiveness and impact of projects;
- advise staff on monitoring and evaluation processes;
- provide feedbackcompliance of projects with donor requirements and quality standards.
- communicate with internal and external stakeholders, in particular donors and partners, regarding the results of monitoring and evaluation.
