• Education in the field of sociology, management , mathematics or in similar fields;
• Experience in educational, charitable, non-governmental social organizations (NGO) will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods;
• Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Kobo ToolBox;
• Experience of working with large arrays data;
• Ability to organize a complex process.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Development and implementation of the overall project monitoring process;
• Planning, organization and conduct of research using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods;
• Ensuring the collection, analysis and storage of data in accordance with confidentiality standards; Preparation of internal and external reports for donors and management of the organization;
• Development of analytical conclusions to improve projects and increase their effectiveness;
• Development of new methodologies and analytical tools;
• Introduction of innovative approaches to automate monitoring and evaluation processes;
• Cooperation with donors , partners and other stakeholders to agree on goals, methods in planning the monitoring and evaluation process;
• Presentation of research results and recommendations at external meetings and forums.
