Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist in Nove misto, BO, BF

Main duties:

• Performance of projects according to with existing systems and tools.

• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data for the evaluation of projects.

• Preparation of reports with the results of monitoring for internal use and for donors.

• Interaction with project teams to ensure compliance of projects with donor requirements and standards.

• Providing recommendations for improving project implementation based on monitoring and evaluation data.

• Development of project performance indicators and control of their achievement.

• Coordination with partners and other stakeholders on monitoring and evaluation issues.

• Documentation related to monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in social sciences, economics, project management or related fields.

• Experience in project monitoring and evaluation.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies (eg logic matrix, SWOT analysis, SMART indicators).

• High level of PC skills (MS Office, specialized software for data analysis).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in non-profit organizations or charitable foundations will be an advantage.
