Function: Under the direction of the M&E Manager, the Assistant will provide tracking support project and program progress, ensuring data quality and facilitating the effective use of data for decision-making and learning within the organization.
Reporting: M&E manager
Requirements'links: >Assist in the development of data collection tools such as such as needs assessments, surveys and questionnaires.Data entry and management in databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Participating in field trips for needs assessment, project activity monitoring and data verification, project staff support.Assistance in quantitative and qualitative analysis their data.Act as a liaison between local hospitals, project staff and management in Kyiv, facilitating communication and information sharing. Contribute to the preparation of monitoring reports, including progress against indicators and targets.Perform other tasks as assigned by the M&E Manager.Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis software is a plus.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in data collection, data entry or M&E activities is a plus an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, observation, in-depth study and document processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with local authority.
- Ability to work in a team and integrate into an Italian and international work team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
