Job DescriptionManagement of a team of merchandisers and TOP merchandisersParticipation in the selection, motivation of the team in order to ensure the ideal implementation of contracts and assigned tasks in the assigned territoryDevelopment of a system of regular visits with a frequency sufficient to maintain and exceed the contractual conditions in all modern retail storesControl of the implementation / observance of signed contractual obligations with clients. Searching for opportunities to exceed contracts and better representation in customer storesEnsuring the execution of planograms, availability of an agreed assortment of products in sufficient quantity before the next order to be placed on displays in customer storesControlling the timeliness of deliveries to customer stores, as well as direct influence on orders by product assortment and quantityImplementation, control and analysis of the effectiveness of promotional activities in customer stores in accordance with communication on the mechanics of the promotion Providing feedback on the activity of competitors (promotions, product innovations, etc.) Conducting individual and group (auditing) trainings for all team members with the aim of achieving KPR Conducting field audits and training, regularly filling out the necessary forms with summaries Responsibility for the quality and completeness of entered data according to the accepted reporting system Organization of business processes at customer distribution centers and remote warehouses Participation in joint projects with Key Accounts aimed at improving the quality of representation in stores Interaction with distributors to comply with the rules for the functioning of merchandising teams ( recruitment, registration, timely payment of wages, use of budgets) Control of the effective use of the budget allocated for team management Organization of the process of timely placement of equipment in stores through the team, as well as control of their storage/movement in distributors' warehouses What can you expect from Mars?
