Regular updating of the service map in Mykolaiv and Odesa; Redirection of persons who need additional services to relevant service providers in accordance with procedures and principles of the program. - Language level: Ukrainian, Russian - fluent, good command of English
- Previous experience in conducting sociological research, interviews, consulting
- Experience in organizing group work, trainings, working groups and mentoring others < li>Excellent communication skills - ability to demonstrate empathy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients/beneficiaries
- Positive and professional work attitude including ability to lead and work in a team
- High level of flexibility, ability to independently organize work, adhere to deadlines, maintain composure in stressful situations, prioritize work under pressurecom, the ability to perform several tasks at the same time, paying special attention to details
