Your area ofresponsibility: Leading, mentoring, and managing amobile app development team, fostering collaboration and productivity; Planning and overseeing projects from concept todeployment, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget; Conducting regular team meetings tomonitor progress and address challenges; Hands-on developing and oversight ofAndroid and iOS applications, ensuring code quality and security; Staying updated onmobile app development trends; Collaborating with UX/UI designers tomeet customer needs; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; Overseeing testing and quality assurance for Android and iOS apps; Monitoring app performance and user feedback for future enhancements. Skills and requirements Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orarelated field; Proven experience asateam leader orsenior developer inmobile app development, with astrong portfolio ofAndroid applications; Expertise inAndroid SDK, Java, Kotlin, and related technologies; Experience iniOS development, Swift, and related technologies; Strong understanding ofmobile app design principles, patterns, and best practices; Experience with agile development methodologies; Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills; Atleast Upper-intermediate English level. Will beaplus Experience indeveloping healthcare mobile applications.
