REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- 2 years of experience in the industry logistics, sales, administrative sphere;
- Availability of own car (we compensate travel for business trips)
- Readiness for mobile work and business trips within Odessa, Odesa and Mykolaiv regions
- Proficiency in Word Excel at the level of preparing simple reports
- High level of development of communication skills
MAIN TASKS:
- Posting of announcements and promotional materials in the settlements of active personnel delivery routes
- Organization of field recruiting events
- Analysis of settlements, interaction with the transport service development of new routes, adjustment/optimization of existing
- Negotiations with local representatives communities
- Participation in other projects of the recruiting department
