Mobile product manager in NIBULON, TOV SP

Company "NIBULON" is a leader in the field of agro-industrial complex in Ukraine. We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of the platform, define its development strategy and coordinate the implementation team to achieve business goals.

< strong style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal">Responsibilities:

• Definition and implementation of product vision and strategy
• Formulation and product backlog prioritization with consideration business goals and user needs
• Collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and end users
• Coordinating the work of a team of developers, designers and QA for the timely release of functionality
• Constant monitoring and analysis of the market, competitors and customer requests to improve the product
• Development and support of the product roadmap
• Definition of the key performance metrics of the product (KPI) and their control achievements
• Conducting presentations and demos for stakeholders
• Collaboration with UX/UI teams to create a user-friendly and intuitive interface

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Product Owner, Project Manager from 3 years
• At least one successfully implemented mobile application (ios , android,web) Practical experience of working with Agile/Scrum approaches
• Understanding the B2B market, in particular the agricultural or logistics sphere - will be an advantage
• Skills in backlog management, writing user stories and formulation of technical tasks
• Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and the development team
•  Understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to formulate requirements for designers
•  Analytical skills, systems thinking, proactivity .
•  English at Intermediate level and above
