Your role in the team

Mobile Office Support Manageris specialist who provides the first contact with clients and coordinates complex support for veterans and their relatives within the limits of mobile office visits. clients, Veteran Hub and network partners. You will coordinate clients within the organization, provide support, refer to other consultants and accompany them on the way to improving their well-being.

What your working day will look like:

• Information of customers and clients of the Hub">Identification, analysis and prioritization of needs customers/ok

• Development and maintenance of the support plan

• Referrals to internal and external specialists/ranks, creating and using the Knowledge Base organizations

• Service quality monitoring and receiving feedback

• Work in close cooperation with lawyers, psychologists and coordinators

Experience of working with veterans and their families
