Travels within Ukraine;

• Planning, Organizing and Excending the Mobile Brigade to the Communities of the Region in order to provide psychosocial and legal assistance;

• Organization and conduct of the team of the mobile brigade of individual and group consultations, group activities in the appropriate number, according to the established indicators; 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Coordination and quality load distribution between participantthe brigade, communication with all participants of the project; 

• acquaintance with the authorities, humanitarian organizations and volunteer initiatives, for further cooperation; >

• Collecting the needs of communities to which the mobile brigade leaves with the relevant forms, monitoring the needs on requests from other directions, funds of the Fund;

• Preparation and Timely Reporting;

• Detection and formulation of current problems and providing proposals for their solution;

• Preparation of information on the activity of the mobile brigade, participation in coordination meetings with the management of the project and other representatives of the Charitable Organization" East-SOS "(including online). /

Requirements:

• Management Experience (1+ Year);

• Ability to Organize a Team;

• Excellent communication skills, readiness for daily communication with people (IDPs, representatives of power institutions);

• developed information collection and analysis skills;

• Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations;

• Knowledge and Understanding of Humanitarian Principles;

• Self-Motivation and Self-Organization;

• Flexibility in solving problems and making solutions;

• Auto/Driver's Certificate will be an advantage;
