WE ARE INVITE TO OUR TEAM A SPECIALIST IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF A MOBILE APPLICATION

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (economic/technical);
• experience working with banking remote service systems;
• understanding of bank products;
• experience in application testing;
• knowledge and understanding of testing theory;
• experience in conducting primary analysis of processes within the framework of the functioning of banking remote service systems;
• ability to systematize and structure heterogeneous information;

THIS WILL BE A PLUS:

• Writing test documentation (test case, check list);
• writing SQL queries.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Testing processes of banking remote service systems, preparing test cases, writing test results into checks list;
• identifying problems that users have and finding ways to solve them;
• support of mobile banking and Internet banking software products, namely control of the current state, configuration and administration, detection of deviations, optimization;
• direct interaction with the IT department during implementation, testing of business processes and their support;
• fixing of necessary changes in the form of task statements in JIRA.
