Mobile App Marketing (ASO, Social, Ads) in Ventureship

We're looking for someone that is looking to jumpstart a career in Mobile App Marketing. We're looking to make an hourly hire to start, with the goal of moving to a full-time role.

* Who we are? *
We currently operate a portfolio of 3 mobile apps, with two more on the pipeline. The founders of the company have previously started, scaled and sold a digital agency and have extensive experience in creating and scaling digital products.

* Who exactly are we looking for? *
We want someone that will take control of our app marketing. You don't need to be mega experienced, but you need to:
1. Have some knowledge of mobile app marketing;
2. Some knowledge of ASO;
3. Willingness to spend hours learning and experimenting with ads and ASO for the apps;
4. Be someone that is curious and looking to always learn more.
5. Be humble but bold — capable of bringing your own suggestions but accept to go with other's ideas as well.
6. Be entrepreneurial. You eventually want to do your own thing and can use this as an opportunity to learn and grow.

* What will you be doing? *
You'll take central role in marketing our apps and managing it's users/community. Your tasks will essentially change every day (and you need to be cool with it) but you can expect to:
1. Direct engineer to implement strong tracking/analytics that helps us have real data on the efficiency of our efforts;
2. Research the best keywords for our apps;
3. Tweak ASO and track results, achieving growth in install #s;
4. Tweak paywall / upgrade flows and increase app's value proposition;
5. Draft in-app messaging or email messaging to engage users;
6. Manage community of users for one of our apps engaging with users for feedback and making them excited about what we're building;
7. Setting up ad campaigns, both in app stores as well as in Google/Meta;
8. Reach out to influencers within our areas and establish deals for promoting our apps that drive ROI;

You'll not work alone and we'll be every step of the way, but we want someone that is ready to roll up the sleeves and take action with us supporting that action and giving general direction and strategic input.

* What is this role like? *
As mentioned we'll start with hourly and move to a full time role once we both believe we can do great work together.
