"Tenth of April" is a public organization that implements the UNHCR program aimed at improving the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian aid, promoting changes in legislation, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

Main duties:
Full maintenance of military records of conscripts, military service, respectively to the current legislation of Ukraine;
Formation and updating of employee registration data;
Checking of military registration documents during recruitment;
Preparation and submission of notices to the TCC and JV about admission, dismissal, change of registration data;
Interaction with territorial recruitment centers and social support;
Preparation and submission of established reporting on military accounting;
Consolidation of accounting data with TCC and SP;
Organization of booking of conscripts (if there are grounds);
Control of compliance with the requirements of legislation regarding military accounting in the organization;
Consulting employees on issues of military accounting.
Requirements:
Experience of keeping military accounting at an enterprise / institution from 1 year;
Practical experience of interaction with TCC and JV;
Sure knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on military accounting and mobilization training;
Experience in preparing reports and passing inspections;
Understanding the order of reservation of conscripts;
Higher education (law, public administration, personnel management or related fields);
Confident PC user (MS Officee, Excel, electronic document management);
Attention to details, responsibility, confidentiality.
It will be an advantage:
Experience of working in public or international organizations;
Experience of working during martial law.
