Specialist in military accounting in LIGA ZAKON

We are looking for part-time employment of a military accounting specialist.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Experience in conducting military accounting from scratch in full for at least 2 years.
• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework and legislation regarding military accounting, mobilization and reservation.
• li>Experience of working with conscripts (reconciliation of VOD, carrying out explanatory work, notifications, etc.).
• Experience of interaction with TCC (correspondence, reporting, annual reconciliations).
• Experience of drafting consultations on issues of current legislation.
• Experience of reservations through DIA.
• Transfer of the Ministry of Economy's reporting on reserved persons.

 Main functional responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the full range of military accounting and employee booking.
• Employee counseling and company guidance on military accounting legislation.
• Performing audits during acceptance of the presence of a military registration document.
• Demonstrating to conscripts, conscripts and reservists the rules of military registration at the time of employment.
• Sending notices about the change to the relevant TCC and SP registration data of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
• Notification, at the request of the TCC and SP of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, about their call to the relevant TCC and SP and ensuring their timely arrival.
• Submission to relevant TCCs and SPs at their request of information about conscripts, military conscripts and reservists who are registered.
