Middle WordPress developer (project work) in Team

Hello! We are looking for an experienced PHP fullstack or back-end developer with 2 years of Wordpress experience to join the Team. We are currently ready to cooperate on a part-time / project / hourly basis with the subsequent transition to full-time. 

We give interesting tasks and pay regularly. We don't like hacks and lack of results. We are waiting for your resume with a list of your most difficult and interesting projects!

What tasks await you

You will develop projects from scratch, to refine and maintain the already existing sites of our clients — to join the project team and together bring it to the desired result. Tasks are very different - from small and boring, such as setting up redirects and implementing SEO audits to large and interesting - writing a unique project functionality.

You can become part of the Team if these points characterize you:

An additional plus will be if you:

• Able to work with the WordPress Full-Site Editing approach and with native WordPress blocks
• Has experience in Headless integration with WordPress
• Work with Laravel, Yii or any other PHP framework
• Knowledge of OOP
• Development of highly loaded projects
• Optimization of databases
• Connection of various APIs

Each member of the Team is available:

• Hourly pay $8-13 depending on the results of the interview
• Stable payments 2 times per month
• Regular review of payment - every 3-6 months
• Completely remote work format from any city of Ukraine
• Flexible work schedule - from Monday to Friday the slaughter house You need to be on call for approximately 6-8 hours between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at your choice

How is the selection for the vacancy and further actions :

1. We are waiting for your resume. Next, it is considered by our technical specialists.
2. After reviewing the resume and projects, we will send a small questionnaire with technical questions
3. If everything is okay with the answer and technical questions, we will make an agreement with you about a convenient time to meet in Google Meet to discuss the vacancy in more detail. It will take about 30 minutes
4. If we approach aloneone, you will immediately receive one or more real problems, the solution of which we will pay. This will be a test task before being accepted into the Team.
5. The first month or two, we will work in test mode - with payment for the number of hours spent on each task. If you and we both like working together, we will schedule a new call, discuss further plans and make a payment offer.
