Middle UX/UI Designer in Ciklum

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Middle UX/UI Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.The client is a Switzerland-based company that offers a data-driven container solution that allows pharma companies to optimise their supply chain by reducing, and even predicting, the risk of delivering sensitive drugs by air. It combines big data, software and hardware to transform an ever-evolving supply chain.As a part of our team, you will work on projects from various industries and different levels of complexity. No boredom, a lot of experience. One time you’ll be flying through a hipsterish iOS application, and the next – challenged by complex enterprise solutions.Responsibilities:Work with user research artifacts and reportsCollaborate with user researcher if there are design hypotheses, which require validation, testing or full researchCollaborating with the product team on requirements and planningDefining usability-proof UX solutionsCreating pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs for iOS, Android, Web Desktop & Web MobileUnderstanding of Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web guidelines and limitationsCreating interactive clickable prototypes in FigmaFollowing and maintaining design systemsControlling the implementation. Ensuring that development results are consistent with UX and UI and that they perform properlyBeing proactive, helping to grow strong UX/UI expertise within the team. Being able to consult on various solutions, keeping up with the latest trends in mobile and web, usability, accessibility and interaction design. Understand which ones could be implemented to improve the product and in what wayRequirements:A solid set of skills and experience in UX/UI design. 3+ years is what we have in mindStrong UI expertise including working with design systemsUnderstanding user-centered design approach and UX methodologies. Being able to analyze user and business needs to define UX solutionsThe portfolio proves this experienceExperience working in Figma and Adobe XD – design, prototyping and design system maintenanceExperience in collaboration with designers, developers and product teamsEffective communication skills in English – you should be able to elicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisionsPersonal skills:Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers and colleaguesCollaborates in a team effectivelyCan plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizonsDemonstrates a rational and organized approach to workUnderstands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
