Position - UX/UI designer (project by project // part-time)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Collaboration with other designers, developers, project manager, and art director to deliver design to clients following business requirements;
• Thinking through and creating the logic of websites and applications;
• Designing corporate websites, web and mobile apps (NFT, Crypto, Marketing, E-commerce, Promo);
• Creating websites with a WOW effect;
• Designing for BL/S’ internal marketing purposes;
• Conducting design-related explorations for project needs.

Experience with AI Tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway etc. )

Must-Haves

• We're not sticklers for a specific number of years, but we think having at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a studio or agency is a solid foundation for kicking off a chat;
• Good command of any popular software needed to do the job and the ability to learn new tools fast. In our everyday life, we use Figma and Adobe Creative including After Effects constantly expanding our toolset with plugins and other helpers but we’re also ready to use the software our client might be used to if it sits well with our processes.
• The ability to do the research in any stage of a project (both branding and web). You don’t get scared by a business area you’re not familiar with and don’t let a blank page syndrome affect your results.
• Good understanding of basic UX artifacts (sitemap, wireframes), best practices & standards used for web work. You know the difference between a concept and a real website made for real people.
• The ability to create a functioning style guide or design library;
• You understand how websites work and how you can create websites with story and interactive (NFT, Crypto, Marketing, E-commerce, Promo);
• Great knowledge of written and spoken English (B1-B2);
• You are aware that no one is unmistakable and constructive feedback from a team and a client is something you know how to work with providing good results; You are able to “interview” the feedback giver if you think that the feedback is not constructive enough.
• Supergreat attention to detail. We mean, really super high, not less :)
• Self-sufficiency and responsibility. You are able to do your own research before you decide to ask someone, work out the best solutions, and present your design proposals; You’re not scared of talking to clients or managers to protect your solution.
