We are currently seeking a talented Designer to join our team. Our main focus is B2B web and mobile products, at the product-market fit stage.Mainly, MarketingTech, HRTech, Insurance, Telecommunications, and GovTech industries. As a Designer, you can work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. REQUIREMENTS At least 3+ years of experience in designing web interfaces Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of Design Thinking methodology Analytical thinker and fan of complex products Ability to create a high-fidelity interactive prototype from scratch and maintain a consistent visual style throughout the digital project lifecycle Fluent in English for daily standup calls - Strong B2 Willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism of your work Proactivity and ability to solve problems and explain your decisions Good team player with communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES You will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to creating and enhancing product features. Your role will involve designing new user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototype The collaboration will be key to your role, as you will work closely with the project manager and design team lead to define and implement design solutions. Effective communication skills will be essential as you pitch design challenges and present your solutions to product stakeholders. Additionally, you will carefully consider and incorporate stakeholder feedback into your designs, ensuring that their perspectives are thoughtfully implemented.
