Middle UI/UX Designer in UX design jobs

We are seeking a talented and creative Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing project with one of America's leading marketers and servicers of credit cards. You will be working closely with the business and development teams on creating mockups and screen flows for new screens and processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. Conduct user research, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts. Develop user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to guide the development process. Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and user findings. Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma (FigJam or Miro). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and UX Research processes (please include a link or attachment with your application). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus.
